This website is run by the Minaz K. Jandoria Foundation (“the Foundation”, “we”, “us”). It explains what the Foundation does. You can reach us at info@minazfoundation.org.

We only collect personal information that you choose to send us.

• Contact form. When you use the form on our Get Involved page, we receive your name, email address, phone number and your message.
• Email. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

We do not ask for, and this website does not collect, information about patients or medical care. Please do not include medical details in your message.

Meal vouchers for NICU families are provided by the Social Work team at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Vouchers are not requested or issued through this website, and we do not collect information from families for that purpose here.

• To follow up if you asked about volunteering, donating or partnering with us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

• EmailJS. Contact form messages are delivered to our inbox through EmailJS, an email delivery service.
• Google reCAPTCHA. The contact form may use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. reCAPTCHA collects device and usage information and may set cookies. Its use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Website hosting. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this website. The only cookies you may receive are those set by Google reCAPTCHA on the contact form.

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@minazfoundation.org.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
